Another night, another plate; sashimi for me is always great.
There’s no one here, but I don’t care; there’s fresh fish in front, oh so near.
His knife is sharp, his cut is clean; raw fish is oh so lean.
Shogun’s the place I chose tonight; right by my hotel makes it right.
I’m often fearful of the chain; they have a tendency to be plain.
Tonight I’m hoping to break this thought; the plate he’s preparing looks sexy and hot.
Lovely presentation is a must; before I eat my eyes must trust.
My love affair with this cuisine; is part of why I’m staying lean.
I’m pleased with my selection; it would win in an election.
A fair assortment for fifteen bucks; that’s not shabby, it doesn’t suck.
A little filler might be the call; Spicy tuna is a roll for all.
My fish is gone, I’m a happy man; of this sushi chef I am a fan.
I chased with a glass of wine; all in all this meal was fine.
My personal rating gives it enough; about 7.5 because I am tough.
I’d bring a friend next time I show; for affordable sushi to this place I’d go.

I like the poem, but you’ve not convinced me to try sushi. Raw fish is not for me.

Amazing variety of foods. sushi and the like has always been my favorite. Sadly it’s not fit for a tight budget. Wonderful though, and always so beautifully presented.
