Four New Chicago Restaurants to Enjoy

Chicago has the perfect atmosphere for foodies! Even if you’re simply looking to dine somewhere you’ve never been before, there are seemingly countless destinations to consider for your dinner experience. The fact that the restaurant scene is constantly evolving makes it easy to try something new and exciting. We’re here with the newest restaurants in Chicago that happen to be making a splash. The Late Bloomer
1538 N Clybourn Avenue

This restaurant is newly opened as of three months ago, located in the New City shopping center. They have a menu filled with comfort foods with a twist. For example, their Shortrib Meatloaf and Miso Chicken salad allow your taste buds to adventure down a familiar road while still enjoying something new. They’re also open for brunch and make a host of different fresh smoothies and coffee based drinks.

Truluck’s
41 E Chestnut Street

For a genuine steakhouse experience, you can’t miss out on the menu at Truluck’s. Their customer service guarantees to make you feel like a valued guest! The servers know the menu well and are happy to make recommendations. Live music sets the atmosphere, giving off the five star restaurant experience we all crave. With fresh oysters and South African lobster tail on the menu, seafood lovers aren’t left out.

Chicago Taco Authority
4219 W Irving Park Rd

Chicago Taco Authority is reigning king over all things taco and playing great classic rock with it! The CTA theme is especially charming, and it’s safe to say that this restaurant is certainly living up to the hype. Some of the creative flavors available here include loaded elote bowls, Coca Cola braised pulled pork, and crunchy brisket tacos. Wash it all down with a glass bottled coke for good measure!

1239 W 18th Street

Black truffle croquettes, banana budino, foie gras bibimbap, and Maine lobster dumplings are all dishes you can get your hands on at this restaurant. It’s sure to make for a memorable eating experience. The lively, upscale environment makes it a good choice for date night or an outing with your friends. They’re working on getting their liquor license, and we’re expecting a great selection of wine and crafted cocktails when they have it.
