The Little Pickle

The Little Pickle
3703 W Fullerton Ave, Chicago, IL 60647

A new addition to Logan Square,
The Little Pickle adds a pickle-ish flair,
and to surrounding restaurants, it doesn’t compare!
All sauces and pickles are made from scratch,
and the care put into making the pickles is what makes it a catch
To get a variety of their house pickles you’ll have to have their “Pickle Flight”,
served with pretzels, and side of mustard, it’s a pickled delight
From pickled avocado, to bell peppers, mango and more,
the tastes are unique and fun to explore!

Even better, The Little Pickle reminds us again about the best part to a sandwich,
with the right pickle, it’s exactly what’s needed to make it rich
From Seitan, Pork, or Chicken, first you choose your meat,
and along with the pickles, the sauces make it complete
Their Citrus Mayo sauce, is luscious and light,
and BBQ or Spicy Mustard fill your tastebuds with flavor from the first bite
And then you can’t go wrong eating your sandwich with a savory side,
like a pasta or potato salad, to cole slaw or sauerkraut, so heavenly they need to be glorified!
You can’t miss out on their weekly specials, like a meatball sub,
with marinara and giardiniera, you’ll want it to be a everyday grub!
And to cure those winter blues,
you have to have a bowl of their Oyster Mushroom,
vegan too, it’s just what you need to choose!

With sandwiches that are tasty, and pickle galore,
The Little Pickle, with it’s homey feel, is just the right store
The natural light that’s poured in radiates a warm light,
and seated in bright yellow chairs make it a happy sight,
so you can enjoy good food and feel alright!

That looks like a fun little restaurant. And to think it’s in my home state, too! I wondered if any of the employees have dealt with any “can we pickle that?” jokes from Portlandia at the shop.

I guess so. I’ll let you know if that happens should I visit this restaurant. Hahaha!
