Vince’s Restaurant & Pizzeria

Vince’s Restaurant & Pizzeria
6217 W 63rd St, Chicago, IL 60638

Old school Italian, since 1956,
and it tastes just like grandmas, if you want your Italian fix
A long time family business, that started with a man named Vince
who brought his passed down recipes that have been used ever since
And with generations that have passed it’s continued to be a gem in the Clearing neighborhood,
so if you haven’t tried Vince’s, you most definitely should!

From the crust, to the sauce,
Vince’s pizza will show you who’s the Italian boss!
With a cheese that melts right into the crust,
Ricotta and mozzarella, to eat every bite is a must!
There’s the Ala “Romana” pizza that was inspired in Rome,
with a old custom of using scraps from leftover dough, this is a pizza that will make you feel at home
Topped with tomatoes and spinach, it is fresh and savory,
but if that doesn’t catch your eye, the calzones are more than flavory
Vince’s calzone is one you can’t pass by,
it kisses every other calzone in Chicago goodbye!

With a boundless Italian-American menu, the choice is yours to make,
because no matter what you choose, you’ll never make a mistake
Consistent, high quality ingredients, that are served in a heavenly sight
Real, authentic Italian food, served just right
For the best pizza in Chicago’s south-west side,
Vince’s is one hidden gem that the city cannot hide!

My son and daughter want to go to Chicago this coming spring or summer. I will have to tell them that they will have to go to Vince’s Restaurant & Pizzeria a try the food. I looks so amazing that I can almost taste it. I wish I could come along with them.

I guess this is why Chicagoan pizza is legendary. We don’t have anything like this out here. It looks like an amazing treat.

Hey we must be from the same neighborhood! My sister and all of my cousins live over there. My grandma was a real pain in Vince’s butt. Ask them about Rose G. Our family still laughs about the banter between them. Good times!!

Ummm it made for comedy entertainment. My grandma was not easy to please. Poor Mick! My sister Dee is a loyal patron still. She’s a lot nicer to deal with than Rose G. was! 😂

If you honestly like Vince’s, have you ever had Freddy’s on 16th in Cicero? They rule when it comes to authentic Italian food.
