A Thick Cut Jalapeño Bacon Taco is the first on the lunch list,
with shredded lettuce, pico de gallo, ranch, and cotija, you’ll be ecstatic this taco exists
The Grilled Adobo BBQ Chicken Taco, with pickled red fresno, cabbage slaw, and lime crema, is a sight to see,
along with the Braised Brisket Taco, with chipotle ranch, pickled red onion, and guacamole!
Then there’s the Charred Korean Beef,
with pickled cucumber, blistered shishitos, spicy vinaigrette, it’s savory beyond belief
The Pork Carnitas Taco, with tomatillo-avocado salsa, and chicharron, will give you a Mexican kick,
and the Baja Style Fish Taco is so fresh and flavorful, you’ll eat it quick!
Last but not least, their vegetarian taco is the Spicy Quinoa & Cauliflower,
filled with kale and apple slaw, charred corn, lime creme, and cotija, it’s tasty to devour
And it doesn’t stop there,
the Zombie Burrito is one you won’t want to share!
Loaded with pork carnitas and adobo bbq chicken,
together with charred corn, black bean, and carrot slaw, it’s a burrito you won’t regret picking!

Located at the Moxie Chicago, you’ll find the Zombie Taco walk-up window on Lasalle Street,
and Monday through Friday, from 4-6 PM, they have food and drink specials you can’t beat

The next time I’m on North LaSalle Street
Zombie Taco is where I’ll direct my feet
    Who could resist jalapeno bacon
Thinking about it makes my tummy achin’
And, they serve yummy burritos, too
I’m heading there now — how about you?
